How long do I have to make an accident claim in Northern Ireland?
For personal injury, generally three years from the date of the accident. For vehicle damage the legal window is longer, but the practical one isn't — evidence disappears and memories soften fast, so the strongest claims start within days. Call us as soon after the accident as you can.
Are you solicitors?
No — we're an accident management company, and honest about the difference. We handle the vehicle side of the claim ourselves: recovery, replacement, repairs and recovering those costs from the at-fault insurer. For injuries we bring in experienced Northern Ireland personal-injury solicitors and keep everything coordinated, so you deal with one team rather than three firms.
What if the other driver disputes what happened?
Disputed liability comes down to evidence: photos of the vehicles and road, dashcam footage, witness details and the damage itself. Send us what you have and we'll give you a straight view of where the claim stands before anything is committed — including telling you if it's weak.
Will claiming affect my insurance premium?
