Is there a minimum fleet size or a monthly fee?
No minimum — one working van counts. There's no retainer for standard accident management: non-fault incident costs are recovered from the at-fault insurer, the same zero-cost model as our private customers. For bespoke arrangements, talk to us.
What do our drivers actually have to do?
Call one number from the scene — that's it. We handle the questions, the recovery, the replacement and the paperwork, and we tell you what happened. Many fleets put our number on a card in every cab; we're happy to supply them.
Can you report on incidents across our fleet?
Yes. Every case is tracked through our case management system, and we can provide structured updates and periodic summaries of open and settled cases — useful for insurance renewals and for spotting patterns across your fleet.
