Can I choose my own bodyshop for the repair?
Yes — you're entitled to a proper repair, and you're not tied to the at-fault insurer's nominated shop. We work with trusted repairers across NI, and if you have a preferred local bodyshop, tell us and we'll factor it in. Quality is the requirement either way.
How long do crash repairs usually take?
Cosmetic repairs are often days; structural repairs or parts on back-order can run to weeks. The honest answer depends on the damage and parts availability — but you'll have a like-for-like replacement car for the whole repair period, so the timeline costs you convenience, not mobility.
Will the repair be guaranteed?
We arrange repairs only through quality-assured bodyshops working to manufacturer standards, and we check quality at handback. If anything about the finished repair isn't right, we take it back up with the repairer — that's part of the service, not your problem to fight alone.
