Can I claim for my damaged helmet and riding gear?

Yes — helmet, leathers, gloves, boots, back protector and comms are all claimable if they were damaged in a non-fault accident. Keep the damaged items and any receipts you have; we'll factor them into the claim.

The driver says I was speeding or filtering — am I automatically at fault?

No. Filtering through slow or stationary traffic is legal, and an accusation isn't proof. Liability turns on the evidence — footage, witnesses, road layout and the damage. We assess it honestly and won't let you be blamed by default.

My bike's been written off — how do I stop them undervaluing it?

By not accepting the first offer. We value your bike against genuine comparable sales and its condition and history, then negotiate. Modifications, low mileage and full service history all add value that insurers conveniently overlook.
